Churchill Special School, part of the Unity Schools Partnership, is seeking 5 Teaching and Learning Support Assistants to join our supportive community. The role will begin September 2026 in our GCSE pathway classes and our 2 Cognition and Learning classes. Applicants must specify their desired pathway.
Why Churchill Special School?
We provide a nurturing and inclusive environment for pupils with special educational needs. From September we will cater for 94 pupils aged 8–18.
Responsibilities
- Support teachers in delivering lesson plans and classroom instruction.
- Assist pupils with special educational needs in both GCSE pathway and Cognition and Learning classes.
- Provide one‑to‑one and group support as needed.
- Contribute to inclusive education and continuous professional development.
