Senior Learning Support Lead – Inclusive Education

Richmond upon Thames College is seeking a Senior Learning Support Assistant to join the Inclusive Learning Team. You will provide essential support to students with learning difficulties and disabilities in a mainstream setting.

This role involves coordinating support strategies, managing a team of Learning Support Assistants, and working collaboratively with curriculum staff across all sites. Candidates should have relevant experience and an understanding of Specific Learning Differences (SpLDs).
