Technical Warehouse Operative Croespenmaen, Crumlin | Temp to Perm | £12.71 per hour

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for a Technical Warehouse Operative based in Croespenmaen, Crumlin. This is a hands‑on, varied role offering the opportunity to join a growing team with long‑term potential for the right candidate.

Hours & Pay: Monday to Thursday: 08:30 – 17:00. Friday: 08:30 – 16:00. £12.71 per hour.

Key Duties

• Picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Carrying out basic electrical testing in line with company procedures.
• Booking goods in and out using internal systems.
• Maintaining accurate stock records and updating systems.
• Performing quality checks to ensure high standards are met.
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety procedures.
• Supporting general warehouse operations as required.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience beneficial but not essential.
• IT literate and confident using computer systems.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
