About the Practice
OurDental Studio is amodern, patient-focused 3-surgery dental practice in Belfastproviding high-quality mixed and private dental care within a friendly and professional environment.
We are looking for anexperienced and motivated Dental Practice Managerto oversee the daily operations of the practice, support the team, and help drive continued growth while maintaining excellent patient care and compliance standards.
The Role
Working closely with thePrincipal Dentist, you will be responsible for theoverall management and performance of the practice, ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and a positive patient experience.
This role would suit astrong leader with commercial awareness and dental management experience, who enjoys developing teams and supporting practice growth.
Key Responsibilities
Practice Leadership & Operations
Oversee theday-to-day running of the practice Managestaff rotas, recruitment, training, and performance Foster apositive and supportive team culture Ensure efficient workflows and excellent patient service
Compliance & Governance
Ensure compliance withCQC, GDPR, infection control, safeguarding, COSHH, RIDDOR and Health & Safetyrequirements Maintain policies, audits, and governance frameworks Managepatient feedback, complaints and service improvements
Business Performance
MonitorKPIs, chair utilisation and diary optimisation Supportbudgeting, cost control and supplier management Help develop strategies toincrease treatment uptake and patient retention
Marketing & Patient Growth
Supportlocal marketing and social media presence Encouragepositive patient reviews and community engagement Promote private treatments and services within the practice
About You
Essential
Minimum3 years experience working within a dental practice environment Previousdental practice management or senior supervisory experience Strong knowledge ofcompliance, governance and dental regulations Excellentleadership, organisational and communication skills
Desirable
GDC-registered clinical background(Dental Nurse or similar) Experience intreatment coordination or private case conversion Familiarity withdental practice software and digital workflows
