This is a key role within the business, serving as the first point of contact for all customer enquiries and delivering exceptional service at every interaction. You will play a crucial part in enhancing the customer experience by efficiently resolving issues, responding to queries, and ensuring each customer feels valued and supported.
This position is ideal for a customer service-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about problem-solving, communication, and maintaining high standards of service.
Main Responsibilties:
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly, efficient manner, both in-person and over the phone.
- Effectively address customer complaints, ensuring timely resolution and follow-up.
- Provide detailed and accurate product information regarding products and services.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure overall customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support, maintianing records, handling customer inquiries and supporting events when needed.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1-2 years experience in a busy customer service environment
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Proficient using basic office software and IT packages
