Your new role
As Production Supervisor, you will take responsibility for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will support team development and drive continuous improvement across the production floor.
- Supervise and coordinate production staff to meet daily and weekly output targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, promoting a strong safety culture
- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and product quality
- Manage shift planning and resource allocation to maximise productivity
- Conduct performance reviews, providing coaching and development to team members
- Collaborate with quality, maintenance, and logistics teams to resolve any operational issues
- Maintain accurate production records and provide reports to senior management
- Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives
What you’ll need to succeed
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a supervisory role within manufacturing or productionStrong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and health & safety regulationsProven leadership and team management skillsExcellent organisational and problem-solving abilitiesStrong communication skills across all levelsProficient in Microsoft Office and production systems
