Principal Consultant

AVA are looking for a Principal Consultant who will;

• Lead business development activities within the energy and flexibility markets, directly contribute to GB and Ireland’s sales
• Lead consulting projects, mainly focusing on offshore wind, BESS or co‑location projects
• Develop proposals and deliverables that reflect deep sector understanding & commercial insights
• Shape and advance the reputation in energy transactions through thought leadership, strategic events, and active industry engagement.

You need

• Proven consulting and successful business development experience in winning business
• Strong client management skills, who can nurture relationships and identify cross‑sell opportunities
• Detail and delivery oriented, whilst pushing high project team performance
• Experience in energy markets, investment due diligence and transactions across GB and Ireland markets.
