Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations ensuring efficiency and organisation
• Lead, motivate, and support staff in line with company standards
• Maintain a safe, clean, and structured working environment
• Manage stock accuracy, cycle counts, and ERP systems (Intact)
• Plan capacity and improve picking/packing processes
• Identify and implement continuous improvements
• Deliver warehouse projects from planning to completion
