Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service at the trade counter
- Advise customers on plumbing and heating products and solutions
- Process sales transactions accurately using tills and internal systems
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organised branch
- Support stock control, merchandising, and overall branch operations
- Identify sales opportunities and assist with technical queries
About You
- Strong communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with trade customers
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service or trade counter environment
- Knowledge of plumbing and heating products (or a willingness to learn)
- Proactive, reliable, and detail-focused with a strong sales mindset
- Forklift licence desirable (training can be provided)
