Pharmacists — Move into Functional Assessment | PIP Disability Assessor £40,000–£47,000 (location dependent) + bonuses | Nationwide
Are you a registered Pharmacist looking to use your clinical knowledge differently — with regular hours, no night shifts, and no dispensing targets?
We’re recruiting Pharmacists into Functional Assessor roles supporting PIP (Personal Independence Payment) assessments. Your expertise in medication, conditions, and patient interaction transfers directly into this work, where you’ll assess how a person’s health condition or disability affects their daily life and produce clear, evidence-based reports.
What you’ll get:
- Starting salary £40,000–£47,000, dependent on location (postcode determines your salary tier)
- £1,000 salary increase at 6 months, plus a further £1,000 at 12 months
- £2,000 bonus on successful completion of training
- Eligible for a 10% ongoing performance bonus thereafter
- Full structured training — no prior assessment experience needed
- Predictable weekday hours and a genuine work-life balance
What you’ll need:
- Current GPhC registration with no restrictions
- A minimum of post-qualification clinical experience
- Strong written communication and the ability to interpret clinical evidence
If you’re ready to step away from the pharmacy floor and into a role that values your clinical judgement, we’d love to hear from you. Apply now or message me directly for a confidential conversation.
