Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Manager covering Northern European Territories, including the UK, Ireland, Scandinavia, the Netherlands, Belgium, and surrounding markets. This individual will drive revenue growth across the region by developing relationships with hotel brands, procurement teams, and distribution partners. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated sales professional with solid hospitality industry knowledge, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to manage a broad multi-country territory independently.

Responsibilities

  • Meet or exceed assigned annual revenue targets across the Northern European territory
  • Build and maintain relationships with hotel brand partners, including procurement teams, to position Cetis products within brand standards and support contractual discussions
  • Engage decision-makers across hotel management, construction, franchising, and brand operations throughout the region
  • Serve as the primary Cetis contact for purchasing decision-makers within the territory
  • Identify and develop hotel supply resellers and distributors to grow the Cetis channel presence across Northern Europe
  • Maintain and strengthen existing reseller and distributor relationships within the region
  • Collaborate with Cetis global teams to support multinational hotel brands operating within or headquartered in the territory
  • Represent Cetis at hospitality trade shows and industry events across the region as needed
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, lead management, and updated forecasting in CRM; reviewed weekly with Sales Management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred; comparable experience considered
  • Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally within the hospitality, hotel supply, or telecommunications industries
  • Experience with UK and Northern European hospitality market — hotel brands, hotel management companies, and procurement processes across multiple countries
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets
  • Experience managing multi-country or multi-market territories preferred
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent written and spoken English required; proficiency in one or more Northern European languages a plus
  • Ability to travel regularly across Northern Europe as required
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Self-directed with the ability to work productively in a fully remote environment
