What You’ll Be Doing

  • Own the design and delivery of outbound retail contact strategies that drive growth and support brand priorities.
  • Collaborate closely with retail sales teams to segment and target retailer engagement effectively.
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a senior sales and operational team to achieve high performance.
  • Use data and insights to fine-tune contact plans and improve retailer experiences.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external partners to maximise commercial and operational opportunities, ensuring regulatory compliance.

Main Skills Needed

  • Extensive leadership experience managing customer-focused or sales teams in fast-paced environments.
  • Proven success in designing outbound contact strategies with measurable commercial results.
  • Skilled in managing outbound dialler campaigns and delivering effective reporting.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data and turn insights into action.
