Job Description This role will support CDM Coordinators and the HSEQ account team by providing robust administrative and compliance support in line with the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015, ensuring safety-first delivery across a complex, multi-site portfolio. Key Responsibilities Manage and maintain CDM and health & safety documentation, including Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans and final Health & Safety Files. Submit statutory notifications (F10) to the Health and Safety Executive (HSE) and manage associated records. Provide administrative support to CDM services, including scheduling meetings, maintaining CDM trackers and coordinating project communications. Act as a central point of contact for clients, designers, contractors and internal project teams. Support site inspections, audits and the review of contractor risk assessments and method statements (RAMS). Format technical reports and provide administrative support to Principal Designers and CDM Advisors. Support project cost and resource monitoring, including purchase order management and expense processing. Ensure project activities comply with agreed processes, standards and safety-first methodologies. Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications Strong working knowledge of the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and document management systems. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise confidently with diverse stakeholders. Previous experience in a construction-related, health & safety or project administration role. IOSH qualification. Experience in an administrative or similar role. Flexibility to travel as required to support HSEQ/CDM leadership and project delivery.
