Here’s what you’ll do during a typical day:
**Keeping operations running smoothly:** Carry out daily administrative activities in line with Hilton standards, policies, and procedures **Supporting team development:** Coordinate staff training, maintain accurate training records, schedule sessions, and assist with onboarding documentation **Enabling team success:** Provide dedicated secretarial and administrative support to the Food & Beverage team **Managing communication:** Ensure all correspondence, including communication with guests, owners, and corporate office, is handled professionally and promptly **Maintaining organisation:** Manage filing systems, maintain accurate records, and oversee incoming and outgoing mail **Supporting operations behind the scenes:** Ensure office and departmental supplies are well stocked and organised **Building strong relationships:** Develop and maintain effective working relationships both internally and externally **Driving standards and compliance:** Adhere to security procedures and ensure a clean, organised, and professional work environment **Supporting continuous improvement:** Assist with departmental projects and report any maintenance issues, hazards, or defects as required
