Recruitment Resourcer
We are currently working with an established manufacturer based in Lisburn to recruit for a Recruitment Resourcer to join their HR team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and wants to work as part of a team.
The Recruitment Resourcer will be responsible for:
Sourcing candidates through job boards, CV databases, and professional networks
Screening applications and conducting initial candidate assessments
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Providing feedback to candidates throughout the recruitment process
Supporting onboarding activities for new starters
Maintaining recruitment records and updating HR systems
Assisting with recruitment events and careers fairs
Providing general administrative support to the HR team
What you will need to have for the Recruitment Resourcer role:
Previous experience in recruitment, resourcing, talent acquisition, or HR
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment/HR systems
Full driving licence and access to own vehicle
