Overview
Synergy Group is a fast-growing B2B events company delivering high-impact networking experiences for senior business leaders through executive dinners, roundtables, and industry events.
We are now looking for an ambitious Head of Sales to lead team performance, drive revenue growth, and secure key partnerships as we continue to scale rapidly, with clear progression into a future Director of Sales role.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed targets
- Drive overall team performance, accountability and culture
- Coach and develop sales executives and BDMs
- Personally close key sponsorship and partnership deals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
- Develop strategic outreach and growth initiatives
- Work closely with leadership on revenue strategy and expansion plans
- Monitor KPIs, forecasting and sales reporting
- Maintain strong knowledge of the B2B events and sponsorship market
Requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in event sales
- Experience as a Senior BDM, Sales Manager, or similar-level role
- Proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong understanding of the events and sponsorship sales industry
- Commercially driven
