We are looking for a strategic, commercially sharp and highly influential Director of Sales to lead our proactive sales function—someone who thrives on pace, variety and ownership.

What you’ll do during a typical day

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will act as a key member of the hotel’s commercial leadership team, driving proactive sales strategy and shaping long‑term growth.

  • Define and lead the sales strategy across MICE, corporate, leisure and airline segments
  • Drive new business and unlock existing opportunities through strong client relationships and market insight
  • Lead, coach and elevate a high‑performing team—setting the tone for a results‑driven culture
  • Own and grow the airline segment, building strategic partnerships and commercial value
  • Influence at senior level, working in close partnership with hotel leadership and Hilton’s global sales network
  • Maximise international presence, leveraging a strong travel budget to build pipeline and brand visibility
  • Act as a commercial thought partner, contributing to wider business decisions beyond sales
  • Lead sales planning and performance management by contributing to the annual budgeting process, setting incentive targets, and proactively managing compensation programs to drive high performance, accountability, and revenue growth.

Who we’re looking for

You are already operating at Director of Sales level (or equivalent), and you’re looking for a role that gives you more scale, more ownership and more impact.

Hospitality experience is essential—and London market knowledge is an advantage.
