Senior Power Semiconductor Designer (SiC/Si)

IC Resources is seeking a Senior Power Semiconductor Design Engineer in Bedford, UK. In this role, you’ll design and develop new power semiconductor devices, focusing on overvoltage and overcurrent protection. Responsibilities include leading chip design, collaborating on product development, and ensuring compliance with IATF16949 standards.
