Role Purpose
Lead the enterprise-wide adoption of AI across the business, shaping how AI is applied across products, systems and processes. The role is focused on identifying high-value use cases, driving adoption, and embedding AI ways of working across the organisation. This is a transformation role, with responsibility for establishing the operating model, governance and behaviours required to scale AI effectively over a multi-year horizon.
The role may also explore how AI can be embedded within our products to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
Role Responsibilities
- Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy across products, systems and internal functions
- Identify and prioritise high-value AI use cases, focusing on measurable business impact
- Drive adoption of AI across the organisation, embedding practical usage into day-to-day workflows
- Establish the operating model, governance and guardrails for responsible AI use
- Deliver early wins while building a scalable, long-term approach to AI adoption
- Influence and challenge senior stakeholders across Product and business units to align on priorities
- Build internal capability through training, tooling and best practice sharing
- Partner with IT, Security and Risk to ensure compliant and sustainable implementation
- Track and communicate progress, outcomes and ROI at executive level
- Identify opportunities to embed AI within products (e.g., client migration, data mapping, or documentation automation).
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Senior product, data, or operations leader with experience driving enterprise wide transformation, AI or automation initiatives
- Track record of delivering measurable business impact through AI, digital or process transformation
- Demonstrated success deploying generative AI or automation tools in enterprise settings
- Strong understanding of workflow design and change management
- Strong understanding of how to move from experimentation to scaled adoption across an organisation
- Comfortable engaging technical and non-technical teams to translate ideas into measurable results
- Proven ability to influence and challenge senior stakeholders
- Experience of leading transformation across multiple functions rather than within a single domain
- Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on delivery of outcomes
- Can measure success through adoption and impact rather than activity
