We’re working with a leading music and live events group to find their new Head of Brand & Growth. A marketing expert who has a track record of building culturally relevant brands and driving audience growth and revenue. You will be combining strategic thinking with hands‑on execution in a fast‑moving music, events and hospitality business.
We want to hear from strategic marketers with content experience who have built or shaped a live music, nightlife or cultural brand – agency side people are welcomed.
Your overall focus will be on defining and evolving brand identities across multiple venues and events and building clear, differentiated positioning for each brand – we need to see clear evidence of this in previous roles.
We will also need to see experience in driving standout social and content strategy that leads to increased ticket sales. We are also open to people who have driven the marketing and social strategy for iconic consumer brands from agency side.
As you will be setting standards for overall marketing activity, we need someone who has driven growth not just delivered campaigns and someone who is comfortable being accountable for commercial outcomes.
