Planning Solicitor – Local Authority (Hybrid, 1 day in office)

Deekay Technical Recruitment is seeking a Planning Lawyer for a contract role based in Nottingham. The position is flexible, ideally for full-time, with 1 day per week in the office.

The successful candidate will prepare s106 Agreements and provide advisory services on various Planning and Highways matters. Candidates with strong drafting skills and the ability to work independently are encouraged to apply, even if primarily focused on planning.
