• Acquisitions & disposals
• Secured lending and remortgages
• Landlord & tenant work
• Leases, renewals & licences
• Auction transactions
• Pension scheme property matters
• Land Registry applications
• Management company work

Requirements

• 2+ post qualification experience
• Solid technical knowledge
• Strong organisational skills
• Confidence managing a varied caseload
