Here at Alexander Lloyd, we are currently working with a well‑known employee benefits consultancy to support their search for a Senior Consultant Team Leader to join their corporate employee benefits division.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of Consultants and Associates, driving high performance and professional growth.
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional client service through effective resource planning and team leadership.
- Manage a portfolio of strategic Group Risk and Healthcare clients, building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, supporting clients in achieving their business objectives.
- Drive continuous improvement, collaboration and business growth across the team and client portfolio.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing and leading consulting teams.
- Strong experience in both healthcare and group risk within corporate consulting.
- Ability to manage key client relationships.
This role is hybrid to their London office.
