Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity Architect to support the design and delivery of a large-scale Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) transformation programme.

The successful candidate will lead solution design activities and provide architectural oversight across implementation and migration workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Define target-state Customer Identity architecture.
• Lead solution design for ForgeRock implementation and migration activities.
• Develop architecture roadmaps, standards and governance.
• Collaborate with engineering, security and business teams.
• Ensure solutions align with security, scalability and operational requirements.
• Provide technical leadership throughout programme delivery.
• Extensive Solution Architecture experience within Customer Identity & Access Management programmes.
• Strong hands‑on ForgeRock architecture experience.
• Experience leading identity platform implementations and migrations.
• Deep understanding of identity and access management principles.
• Experience designing enterprise-scale authentication and identity solutions.
• OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML and MFA expertise.
• Cloud-based identity architecture experience.
• Experience within large enterprise transformation programmes.
