Head of Finance

Based in North London (2 days-a-week working from home)

Head of Finance Responsibilities

• Lead the daily activities of the firm’s finance function
• Preparation of monthly management accounts according to strict deadlines
• Production of budgets, forecasts and cashflow projections, in addition to variance analysis and actuals vs budgeted figures
• Perform financial analysis and create and present reports and findings to Partners and senior stakeholders
• Monitoring of WIP, billing and cashiering duties
• Ensure full adherence to SRA Accounts Rules compliance and act as COFA
• Manage banking relationships
• Production of Partner drawing and profit share calculations
• Provide assistance with strategic financial planning for the firm’s growth

Requirements
