The Role
The successful Court of Protection Solicitor will manage a varied and complex caseload, including:
- Property & Affairs matters
- Health & Welfare applications
- Deputyship applications and supervision
- Ongoing management of deputyship files
- Advising families, carers, and professional deputies
- Working closely with case managers, counsel, social workers, medical professionals, and multidisciplinary teams
This role offers the opportunity to play an active part in shaping and growing a specialist Court of Protection practice while delivering sensitive, high‑quality legal advice to vulnerable clients.

Requirements
- Qualified Solicitor with experience in Court of Protection work
- Strong understanding of Property & Affairs and/or Health & Welfare matters
- Excellent judgement with a sensitive, client‑focused approach
- Ability to manage complex matters with accuracy and empathy
- Strong communication and collaborative working skills
- Commitment to supporting vulnerable clients and their families
