Probate Solicitor

The Role

We are working with a leading national firm based in Belfast who are looking for an Associate to join their Private Client team. The successful candidate will join a collaborative and passionate team, advising on a variety of private client matters, including wills and estate planning, probate and estate administration, powers of attorney, and trusts and tax planning. The candidate will engage in private client‑related responsibilities to support individuals and families, including liaising with third party providers and drafting and reviewing legal documents.

The candidate will also demonstrate a willingness to contribute to business development while managing client relationships.

• 1+ PQE
• Strong background in wills, trusts, and probate;
