Overview
As part of the Transform Together Consulting team you will lead impactful change primarily in the area of Data and AI by partnering with industry‑leading companies to shape strategy and drive operational excellence.
You will work across organisational levels, from SMEs to the C‑Suite, to provide structure, knowledge, and insight into the best methods to deliver their transformation agenda.
The role involves taking a business objective from discovery through to adoption into BAU, using a combination of agile and traditional project and change management techniques. You will have real responsibility and accountability from the outset.
Responsibilities
- Drive Data and AI transformation initiatives from discovery to business as usual.
- Perform data‑driven diagnostics of operational performance to identify waste, rework and automation opportunities.
- Use process intelligence, AI‑enabled process management and other accelerators to deliver end‑to‑end transparency and measurable benefits.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders through collaboration and delivery‑management tools to track progress, benefits and risks.
- Define KPIs and reporting frameworks to baseline, measure and demonstrate value delivered.
- Develop and enhance Operational Excellence propositions, methods and tools.
- Apply process mapping methodologies (e.g., SIPOC, BPMN) to analyze, design and optimise business processes.
- Translate business requirements into structured, achievable stories for delivery.
- Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document requirements.
- Manage successful delivery using both traditional and agile perspectives.
- Communicate, present and manage stakeholder expectations.
Essential Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of consulting experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the financial services sector (Wealth, Asset Management, Investment & Insurance).
- Minimum 6 years of total professional experience.
- University degree in Business Management, Administration, Economics, Technology, Engineering or a related field; a Master’s degree is a plus.
- Experience leading operational performance improvement, automation and AI‑enabled operations to reduce cost, increase productivity and enhance customer experience.
- Proven ability to perform data‑driven diagnostics and identify automation opportunities.
- Strong foundation in process mapping and optimisation (SIPOC, BPMN).
- Experience translating business requirements into structured stories for agile delivery.
- Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder‑management skills.
- Collaborative, proactive, high‑quality work ethic with a positive, can‑do attitude and team ethos.
Desirable Skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools to automate business processes.
- Lean Six Sigma or comparable problem‑solving accreditation.
- Experience with modern data analytics, governance and migration approaches.
- Experience managing post‑merger integration in the financial services sector.
- Capability to facilitate delivery‑management processes and maintain scope and requirements.
