We are seeking a motivated and sales oriented Retail Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager and lead a team of Retail Advisers. The role involves back‑office tasks, scheduling and creating an enthusiastic sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in managing a team of Retail Advisers.
• Assist with back‑office tasks such as scheduling holidays and rotas.
• Lead by example to energise the sales floor.

Qualifications

• Level‑headed with a mature mindset.
• Enthusiastic, energetic and driven.
• Willing to commit to weekend work as well as weekdays.
