Senior Finance Business Partner – Data & Analytics

An international business with a multi-billion investment plan over the next 10 years is recruiting for an interim Senior Finance Business Partner (Technology/Data Focus). This is a highly commercial role with significant exposure to the finance transformation agenda and stakeholder engagement up to the executive committee.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive finance input into the organisation’s data and reporting transformation agenda
• Translate finance requirements into scalable reporting and data solutions
• Lead the development and enhancement of reporting automation and dashboards
• Work closely with technology teams to shape reporting architecture, data flows, and governance
• Deliver advanced data visualisation outputs using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
• Play a key role in change management across finance transformation initiatives
• Support both FP&A and wider finance teams in adopting new reporting capabilities
• Business partner senior stakeholders to embed data-driven decision making

Successful Candidate

• ACA, CIMA or ACCA qualified
• Strong experience in finance transformation, reporting automation, or data-led finance roles
• Advanced data visualisation skills (Power BI, Tableau or similar)
• Knowledge of data cubes, reporting architecture, and finance systems
• Ability to translate financial requirements into technical solutions
• Blend of technical capability and strong financial reporting understanding
• Available immediately or at short notice
