Job Description

As a Service Delivery Manager you’ll play an important role within the team, supporting the delivery of end‑to‑end communications, whether electronic or physical. You will work closely with internal teams and clients to ensure work is delivered accurately and on time, while building strong relationships and developing an understanding of client needs. This is a 12‑month fixed term contract based in our Bristol office, ideal for someone looking to develop their career in service delivery, gaining hands‑on experience across client management, project coordination, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the coordination and delivery of client jobs from briefing through to completion, ensuring work is accurate and on time
  • Assist in monitoring contract work, tracking timelines, and escalating any issues where needed
  • Act as a day‑to‑day contact for client queries, supporting relationship development
  • Contribute to project delivery, supporting larger initiatives while developing ownership of smaller projects
  • Work in line with invoicing processes to ensure all work is invoiced correctly and in a timely manner
  • Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to team improvement initiatives

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Confident communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with others
  • Interest in building client relationships and understanding business needs
  • Willingness to learn and develop within a client‑facing role
  • Resilience and a positive approach when working to deadlines
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • A positive, proactive attitude with flexibility and openness to learning new systems and technologies
