Job Summary

Clinical Lead for Cranmer Court Nursing & Residential Care Home (62 beds) in Warlingham, Surrey. The home has a CQC rating of Good and a Carehome.co.uk score of 9.7.

Role: Lead and mentor the nursing team to deliver person‑centred care, ensuring high quality outcomes and supporting residents’ independence and choice.

Hours: 37.5 per week. Pay: £24.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the nursing team.
• Maintain and improve the quality of care delivered to residents.
• Develop and implement care plans in accordance with regulatory standards.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin.
• Valid UK professional registration.
• Experience in a similar leadership role is desirable.
