About the Role
As a Solicitor within the Commercial Property team, you’ll handle a broad and stimulating caseload, including:
- Acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leases
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Corporate support on property elements of transactions
You’ll play a key role in strengthening client relationships and contributing to the continued growth of the Wigan office. This is a role for someone who wants exposure to great quality work in an expanding team.
What We’re Looking For
You’ll be a strong fit if you are:
- A qualified commercial property solicitor (ideally 3+ PQE)
- Experienced in handling a broad range of commercial property matters
- Confident managing client relationships
- Commercially minded with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach
