The Role

We are looking for a Principal Structural Engineer to lead technical ownership of major reinforced concrete projects, provide hands‑on design, and mentor junior engineers within the team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of reinforced concrete projects across multiple sectors
• Produce hands‑on structural design work rather than purely managing projects
• Coordinate practical, buildable solutions with project teams and stakeholders
• Contribute to technically challenging high‑rise and large‑scale developments

What You Bring

• Approximately 7-10 years of structural engineering experience
• Strong reinforced concrete design capability
• Ability to mentor junior engineers and guide project delivery
• Confident communicator with strong problem‑solving ability
