Job Description
Would you be interested to work for a large privately owned multidisciplinary design consultancy based out of their Sevenoaks office?
Would you like to take a lead job running role in a small buildings design team where autonomy is given and everyone really counts?
Responsibilities
- Lead a small building design team
- Mentor graduates in the team
- Client facing projects
- Manage projects and clients, taking responsibility for project delivery
- Work on a wide variety of buildings design work including light industrial, warehouses, high end residential, large mixed used city centre developments, multi-national retail clients, hotel chain operators and transport projects with values ranging from £100,000 to £45m
- Collaborate with overground rail projects and support local training and career development
Qualifications
- Ideally Chartered Engineer or nearing chartered status
- Flexible and capable all-round designer
- Eligible to live and work in the UK
- No current or future visa requirements (unless commuting within a reasonable distance)
