Hybrid Technical Training Scheduler

National Grid is seeking two Training Planners for our Taunton or Tipton Training Centre. In this crucial role, you will support planning and delivery of training across the organization. You will demonstrate strong organizational skills and attention to detail while effectively utilizing IT systems. This role allows for a hybrid working arrangement, with approximately three days in the office and remaining time from home.

The ideal candidate will possess experience in a training support or planning role and be confident using Microsoft applications. This role includes responsibilities such as managing course bookings, updating training programs, and delivering exceptional customer service.
