Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Identity Business Analyst to support a major Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) transformation programme. Working across business and technology teams, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, defining customer identity journeys, supporting migration activities and ensuring successful implementation of modern identity solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, document and manage business and technical requirements.
- Facilitate workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
- Map current and future‑state customer identity processes.
- Support customer identity migration and implementation activities.
- Produce high‑quality business analysis artefacts including requirements, process maps and impact assessments.
- Work closely with architects, engineers and programme stakeholders throughout delivery.
- Strong Business Analysis experience within large‑scale technology transformation programmes.
- Previous experience working on Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM) initiatives.
- Experience supporting identity platform implementation or migration programmes.
- Knowledge of authentication, authorisation and customer identity management concepts.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML knowledge.
- Experience within highly regulated environments.
