Group Procurement Manager

We’re recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering strategic procurement initiatives, driving value for money, and supporting organisational growth.

Key responsibilities

• Developing and implementing procurement and category strategies
• Leading end-to-end tendering and sourcing activities
• Managing supplier relationships and contract performance
• Delivering cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
• Providing expert procurement advice to stakeholders
• Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and best practice
• Identifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and social value

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and category management experience
• Knowledge of UK procurement legislation
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
• Experience managing complex tenders and contracts
• A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value

You will be qualified to CIPS level 4 or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of EU and UK public procurement law.
