We’re recruiting for an experienced Procurement Manager to join a forward-thinking organisation and play a key role in delivering strategic procurement initiatives, driving value for money, and supporting organisational growth.
Key responsibilities
- Developing and implementing procurement and category strategies
- Leading end-to-end tendering and sourcing activities
- Managing supplier relationships and contract performance
- Delivering cost savings and continuous improvement initiatives
- Providing expert procurement advice to stakeholders
- Ensuring compliance with procurement regulations and best practice
- Identifying opportunities for innovation, sustainability, and social value
Qualifications
- Strong procurement and category management experience
- Knowledge of UK procurement legislation
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
- Experience managing complex tenders and contracts
- A commercial mindset with a focus on delivering value
You will be qualified to CIPS level 4 or equivalent and have extensive knowledge of EU and UK public procurement law.
