The Senior Project Manager will work with diverse teams to deliver data centre projects and support business strategy.
The Opportunity
- Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
- Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and contractor on all snagging activities, including schedule and partner engagement.
- Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
- Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions.
- Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners.
- Implement project procedures and ensure that these procedures are always observed.
Qualifications
- Experience project managing on a data centre project.
- Project management professional certification or intent to obtain one.
- Degree or comparable experience in project management or construction discipline.
- Detail oriented and quality focused.
- Excellent communicator verbally and in writing.
- Ability to build strong relationships with team and clients.
All interviews are conducted either in person or virtually with video required.
