International Private Bank DDT (Digital & Data Transformation) – Product Manager – Associate (602)

International Private Bank (IPB) Digital & Data Transformation team seeks a self‑motivated and experienced Product Owner to support our Digital Client Platform and operational processes. The role requires clear strategic vision and strong commitment to platform transformation and modernization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead key digital initiatives, reimagining the client experience and driving operational efficiency.
  • Strategize and implement solutions with a global team across EMEA, Asia, and LATAM.
  • Define scope, use cases, workflows, wire‑frames, product requirements, and other materials for UX design and development.
  • Create concise business requirements in the form of user stories.
  • Partner with distributed technology and operations teams to keep deliverables on track.
  • Advocate data insights and analytics to guide strategic priorities and decision making.
  • Execute the roadmap, meet critical deadlines, and manage budget constraints.
  • Integrate customer feedback, data analytics, product metrics, user experience research, market analysis, and company goals to prioritize initiatives.
  • Manage and prioritize the feature backlog, balancing benefits and trade‑offs.
  • Drive planning, execution, and go‑to‑market strategies for new releases.
  • Build and present end‑to‑end executive product updates, including production metrics, new feature delivery planning, and financial forecasting.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 8–11 years of relevant product owner experience with a proven delivery track record.
  • Experience in Financial Services; experience in Wealth Management preferred.
  • Experience managing complex projects from design to implementation.
  • Experience with Agile teams and tools (Scrum, Kanban, Jira, Confluence).
  • Exemplary ownership and high professional and personal standards.
  • Strong problem‑solving, effective communication, partnership mindset, and interest in digital solutions.
  • Ability to define and execute a product roadmap and business models.
  • Ability to prioritize projects considering business and client needs, industry trends, resources, and trade‑offs.
  • Ability to partner with cross‑functional teams in an agile manner.
  • Ability to manage tight delivery timelines under pressure.
  • Self‑motivation with a “startup” drive, superior work ethic, and readiness to meet tight deadlines.

Desired Skills

  • Product Manager background in digital platform infrastructure and modernization.
  • Strong knowledge of digital client trends in Banking.
  • Thrives in fast‑paced, dynamic environments across time zones.
  • Advanced degree and technical background preferred.
