Senior Product Analytics Manager

Wise is a global technology company that builds a new network for the world’s money. This role leads analytics for the Scalable Growth Pod, focusing on customer acquisition and engagement. The position reports to the Onboarding and Scalable Growth Squad Analytics Lead.

This is an AL2 role.

What you’ll do

• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design leads to identify opportunities, review plans, and provide feedback.
• Create and communicate a clear picture of progress against product goals, define measurable KPIs, and drive action to accelerate progress.
• Own data strategy for Scalable Growth Analytics: define the roadmap to build data and tools necessary to scale impact and increase decision‑making speed.
• Lead, develop, and support a team of high‑performing analysts; provide professional development, hire, plan capacity, and maximize impact.

What you’ll bring

• 4+ years of analytics experience, with 1+ years of leading analysts.
• Experience working with product teams to identify, evaluate, and ship impactful initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills (SQL, Python), data modelling (e.g., Airflow, dbt), and event‑data experience (e.g., Mixpanel).
• Hands‑on experience designing and running experiments, analyzing data, and dealing with limitations.
• Bias to action and independence in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
