As a Senior Analyst in the Large Parcel Planning team you will focus on building a fast, reliable, and cost‑efficient delivery network. Using your strong critical thinking and analytical skills, you will transform complex business challenges into actionable insights and data‑driven solutions to drive operational success. Beyond the data, you will act as a strategic partner, translating complex analytics into clear recommendations for senior stakeholders and leading cross‑functional initiatives from ideation to execution.

What You’ll Do:

  • Analyze large data sets to uncover performance insights and identify opportunities for operational improvement.
  • Develop metrics and reports to measure performance, track initiatives, and guide action plans.
  • Create dashboards, perform ad‑hoc analyses, and monitor KPIs to align data strategies with business goals.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve speed, cost, and optimize capabilities within Wayfair’s delivery network.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to roll out operational and tech enhancements.

What You Will Have:

  • Hold a Bachelors degree within analytical bias such as Engineering, Supply Chain, Mathematics, Economics, or be qualified by experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, SQL/GBQ, and data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio, Looker, Tableau or Power BI; familiarity with Python is a plus.
  • Robust analytical skills with the ability to handle large datasets and extract insights, utilizing performance tracking to identify inefficiencies and drive data‑led improvements.
  • Effective communication skills, with the ability to build collaborative partnerships and influence senior stakeholders on strategic decisions based on data‑driven recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams, bridging the gap between technical data and operational requirements to achieve shared business objectives.
  • Strong sense of ownership with proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
