Neighbourhood Tenancy Officer: Community Housing & Support

Wigan Council is seeking a Neighbourhood Tenancy Officer to manage a neighbourhood patch, delivering proactive services that promote sustainability and tenant satisfaction.

This role requires excellent communication and people skills, along with a caring personality to help tenants establish and sustain their homes. The position offers a salary range of £29,540 – £32,597 per annum for a temporary contract until 21st May 2027.
