CNC Programmer

CNC MILLER & TURNER PROGRAMMER, SETTER, OPERATOR

We are recruiting for an experienced CNC Miller & Turner (Programmer, Setter, Operator) to work for our client who are in Wakefield, West Yorkshire.

THE DUTIES OF A CNC MILLER & TURNER PROGRAMMER

• Program, set up, and operate CNC mills and lathes (Fanuc & HAAS).
• Read technical drawings and machine to tight tolerances.
• Select tools, monitor quality, and adjust programs as needed.
• Perform basic maintenance and follow safety procedures.
• Collaborate with team to meet production targets.

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCES & SKILLS OF A CNC PROGRAMMER

• Be able to programme, set up, and operate Millers and Turners (Fanuc & HAAS).
• Skilled in reading technical drawings and working to tight tolerances.
• Attention to detail.

THE HOURS

You will work a day shift: Monday – Thursday 7:30am-4:30pm and Friday 7:30am-2pm.

THE PAY

Your hourly rate is dependent on skill level and would be between £16.50 – £18 per hour.
