Are You What We’re Looking For?
- 5+ years of experience as a Tech Leader
- 2+ years of experience managing multiple teams
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (Java, C#/C++, Ruby, etc.)
- Polyglot full-stack developer mindset, eager to learn and continuously improve
- A collaborative approach to teamwork with a passion for creating positive impact
