This role will be the single point of truth for IT deliverables to Global Project Delivery initiatives and critical IT changes.

Responsibilities

  • Owning end‑to‑end delivery of complex technology programmes across our e‑commerce and operational landscape, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, Shopify, and custom platform components.
  • Translating product and technology strategy into structured, sequenced delivery plans with clear milestones, dependencies, risks, and trade‑offs.
  • Driving alignment across product, engineering, operations, and commercial teams on scope, sequencing, priorities, and delivery approach.
  • Leading vendor and implementation partner relationships, holding third parties accountable for scope, quality, timelines, and commercial commitments.
  • Running effective programme governance, including status reporting, steering forums, RAID management, decision tracking, and executive communication through to C‑suite and board level.
  • Engaging confidently in architecture and technical design discussions, understanding the delivery, scalability, and operational implications of technology decisions without needing to be hands‑on.
  • Providing delivery leadership that earns credibility with engineering teams and technical partners, balancing pace, quality, risk, and operational readiness.
  • Identifying and resolving cross‑team blockers and dependencies, escalating where needed and always bringing practical solutions.
  • Ensuring business and operational readiness for key launches, cutovers, and platform changes across e‑commerce, order management, fulfillment, and customer‑facing journeys.
  • Supporting readiness for peak trading periods and major launches, ensuring risks are actively managed across critical customer journeys and operational processes.
  • Using data and delivery insight to improve predictability, transparency, and decision‑making across the programme.
  • Establishing pragmatic delivery practices that create clarity, accountability, and momentum without over‑engineering process.
  • Operate as the primary IT representative within global project delivery frameworks.
  • Improving delivery predictability through structured planning and sequencing.

Qualifications

  • Extensive experience in Technical Programme Management, with a strong track record delivering complex, cross‑functional technology programmes in customer‑facing environments.
  • Proven experience leading platform migrations, systems integrations, or multi‑vendor programmes across both enterprise and customer‑facing technology.
  • Experience leading business‑critical transformation programmes.
  • Strong technical fluency: comfortable participating in architecture and solution discussions, assessing delivery risk, and asking the right questions of engineering teams.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics365 and Shopify, or comparable enterprise and e‑commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of e‑commerce operations, including the connection between customer experience, trading, fulfillment, operations, and platform delivery.
  • Experience managing cross‑functional dependencies across technology, operations, customer service, finance, and external partners.
  • International or multi‑market DTC experience is strongly desirable, including localisation, cross‑border operations, or global platform rollouts.
  • Confident communicator with experience translating technical complexity into a clear executive narrative for senior leadership, C‑suite, and board audiences.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, bringing structure to complex situations and driving clarity on priorities, ownership, risks, and trade‑offs.
  • Highly structured and pragmatic in your approach to governance, you know when process adds value and when it slows teams down.
  • Strong influencing skills, with experience leading through matrixed teams and external partners without direct authority.
  • Familiarity with Agile and waterfall delivery methodologies, and the judgement to apply the right approach for the context.
