Responsibilities of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
- Assist in the management of pensions processing, servicing, and administration teams
- Ensure team objectives are set in a customer focussed culture
- Provide QC on the teams work
- Own incidents and drive forwards process improvements
- Keep up to date with regulatory changes
- Manage third party relationships (clients, suppliers, HMRC, regulators)
Background of the Pensions Senior Administrator or Manager
- Experience working within Financial Services
- Experience of pensions administration
- Understanding of pensions products and regulations
- Ideally experience at assistant manager or team leader level, however senior administrators will be considered
