Tristone Nash is seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor to conduct internal and external Decent Homes Standard stock condition surveys across various locations in Cardiff, Wales. This role requires strong experience in conducting detailed surveys within occupied properties.

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about HHSRS assessments, have excellent IT skills, and the ability to travel flexibly. A driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.
