Investment Analyst, Growth Credit

You will have the opportunity to work on deals from day one, with very real progression opportunities built‑in.

Responsibilities

• Assess potential new opportunities and actively build your own network to assist with sourcing.
• Structure and execute a wide range of deal types — working across all diligence streams and supporting senior members of the team.
• Build relationships with sponsors and founders across the European tech space.
• Monitor portfolio performance.

Requirements

• 1-3 years’ experience in investment banking, M&A, or fundraising.
• Demonstrable interest in the early‑stage technology space.
• Exceptional communication skills, commercial acumen, and ability to build relationships.
• Preferred fluency in at least one other European language.
