Join the founding team of an AI-augmented investment bank disrupting SMB M&A. You will own the entire deal lifecycle from onboarding to close for owner-managed businesses. This role leverages proprietary AI tools to automate manual workflows, allowing you to manage 5-8 simultaneous sell‑side campaigns and earn uncapped commissions in a high‑growth environment.

What You Will Do

  • Own the end-to-end deal lifecycle for 5-8 sell-side campaigns, driving transactions from client onboarding through to final negotiations and close.

  • Act as the primary advisor for business owners in the building services and healthcare sectors, providing investment-bank-quality guidance during their most critical transitions.

The ideal candidate

  • 3+ years of M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate development experience with a proven track record of closing middle-market or SMB transactions.
  • Strong client-facing confidence with the emotional intelligence required to shepherd 50-70 year old business owners through complex, high-stakes sales processes.
  • A tech-forward mindset with an appetite for using AI tools and Notion to build scalable, automated systems rather than following traditional banking legacy workflows.
